It displays a larger city in an Ithosian region, one of the three areas in Kartuga, which all have their significant look and style. Ithosian areas are, as you can see, influenced by the Mediterranean, but with their very unique Kartuga-like twist, as you can see in the crazy-looking merchant-ship on the left.
You will be able to find this exact area in the game, as our graphic is an only lightly polished screenshot. Very soon you can see for yourself how gorgeous the game really is, as our team is putting a lot of effort into preparing Kartuga for Closed Beta. Don’t miss it and pre-register on www.kartuga.com

Closed Beta will start early in 2013. Everything else we can’t say for sure yet

When you pre-registered, you’ll be among the first to play Kartuga. We’ll start Closed Beta with a limited number of players, but we’ll try to open it up for more players as soon as possible. We will also give out keys very early on via our InnoGames- and Kartuga-Facebook page, so make sure to like us!

Kartuga wird auf jeden Fall auch auf Deutsch erscheinen, die Closed Beta wird allerdings zuerst nur auf Englisch spielbar sein.

Ich, und viele andere “NOCH”- Pirate Storm Spieler warte sehnsüchtig darauf das es endlich losgeht. Macht Euch auf einen mächtigen Ansturm gefasst, denn eine Menge Pirate-Storm-Spieler sind stinke-sauer und warten nur darauf in ein vernünftiges Piraten-Game abwandern zu können.

Wird es eigentlich ein reines PVP Spiel oder gibt es auch PVE Anteil?

Si kartuga pone el dia fevha y hora de abrir la beta se colapsara a no ser que tengan un buen servidor para aguantar las miles de personas entrando unas 100.000 o mas personas. Este juego revolucionara el estilo de juego de barcos, ANIMOS!

I was an early Seafight refugee and pre-registrant, but unlike my Seafight comrads, have not received a beta key. Can you send me one please. I quit Seafight after spending $millions, waiting for Kartuga, but now may wander back. Please send beta key. Thanks
